1. About Good Side

Good Side (www.goodsideph.com) is an online classifieds website where people in the Philippines can post items, vehicles, property, jobs and services for sale or rent, and contact each other. By using Good Side you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use Good Side

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You need a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Your listings

When you post a listing, you confirm that:

• you own the item or have the right to sell or rent it;
• the title, description, price, location and photos are true and are your own or used with permission;
• the item and the sale are legal in the Philippines.

You keep ownership of your photos and texts. You allow Good Side to display them on the site and in shares of your listing (for example on Facebook) for as long as the listing is online.

4. What is not allowed

• Scams, fake listings, bait prices or requests for payment before the buyer has seen the item.
• Illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition and explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit or pirated products.
• Protected or endangered animals and plants, and any live animal whose sale breaks the law.
• Prescription medicines, tobacco and vape products, alcohol to minors, and any adult or sexual content.
• Government IDs, documents, personal data of other people, bank or e-wallet accounts.
• Gambling, pyramid schemes, loans with hidden conditions, and jobs that ask applicants to pay.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or spam and duplicate listings.

Any user can report a listing. A listing that is reported several times is hidden automatically until we review it. We may remove any listing and suspend any account that breaks these Terms, without notice.

5. Deals between users

Good Side only connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, we do not inspect items, and we never hold or transfer money between users. Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for their deal. For your safety: meet in a public place, check the item before paying, and never send money or a verification code to someone you have not met.

6. Paid features

Posting a listing is free. Good Side may offer optional paid features, such as moving a listing back to the top or showing it as featured. Their prices and conditions are shown before you pay. A paid feature helps visibility; it does not guarantee a sale. Payments for features that were delivered are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Good Side online and safe, but the site is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Good Side is not liable for losses resulting from deals between users, from listings posted by users, or from the site being unavailable.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will show a notice on the site. Using Good Side after a change means you accept the new Terms.
